The Yoga Yard inspires our members to decompress, unwind, and recalibrate. Our 1 hour classes feature elements from various yoga practice with personalised touches from our passionate coaches to give you the best experience.

ESSENTIAL YOGA

'Essential Yoga' classes build the foundations of your yoga practice. Classes move at a steady pace with a focus on alignment and instruction. These classes are typically slower-paced and more instructional, with a focus on teaching proper form, breathing techniques and alignment that will leave you feeling confident in your future practice.

'Sundayz Flow' practice is rejuvenating and energising, designed to help you ease into the new week with a sense of balance and tranquility. Focusing on nurturing your body, mind, and spirit, it offers a space to release tension, increase flexibility, and build strength while promoting a sense of inner calm and self-awareness.

'I am passionate about teaching the benefits of yoga to other westerners, to help us find our elusive inner-calm'
Namast-hey! My name is Dani, and I am a yoga coach, hot off the press after completing my yoga teacher training in Northern India in June 2023. I love moving my body during asana, but you may also find me sweating in a Power or Fast Yard class, or pounding the pavements of Bristol with my running shoes on.
I am passionate about teaching the benefits of yoga to other westerners, to help us find our elusive inner-calm refuge through asana (movement), pranayama (breath work) and meditation. Therefore, beginners are VERY welcome to my classes, and modifications to all asanas are always possible to enable everyone to feel both mentally and physically powerful throughout.
