The perfect class for those at the start of their fitness journey. This session is all about learning the correct movement patterns and techniques for each and every gym exercise. Learn how to lift, jump, ski and row, (amongst many others), in a pressure free environment, and at your own pace.

THE FAST YARD
Looking to improve your cardiovascular endurance? Look no further. The Fast Yard will elevate your heart rate to a new dimension. High intensity, fast paced exercises, coupled with short periods of rest will push you to your limits. Improve your stamina, recovery and output, as you begin to build your very own engine that just keeps on going.

THE TURBO YARD
Get in, and get out. A half an hour session that will be non-stop from start to finish. With barely time to catch your breath, it is the perfect class to squeeze in to your busy day.

THE POWER YARD
Feel the heat rise as you challenge all aspects of your fitness, and draw upon each of your energy systems, in this high intensity session. Switching between fast paced intervals, plyometrics, and high rep strength exercises, it is the perfect compliment to both the strong and fast yard.

Improve your mind muscle connection with this intense 30-minute core workout. Activate your inner core muscles through combining the correct mind and breathing techniques, in a bid to achieve improved balance and unilateral movement.
